All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification containing your tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

  • Canada & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Cryon Tech is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Cryon Tech.
